Force users to logon

Hi,

I need information on how to force users to log on to may domain. I
have a bunch of users that bypass Windows 2000 AD logon to access
mail. To disable/configure POP3, IMAP4 and Webmail (IIS) is easy.

How do I stop MAPI clients from accessing mail-servers directly by not
logging on to the domain.

How can Win2000 workstations bypass the logon process?
Did you give them local accounts?
