Force prompt for Email message Subject?

I use Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode in Windows ME
I sometimes forget to include a Subject in my email
message. Is there a way to tell Outlook to always prompt
me to include a message Subject whenever I have forgotten
to include one?

Outlook doesn't have the option itself, but there are third party utilities
or VBA code that can remind you - see
