Force outlook 2003 to close before backup

I cross posted this to technet too...

I have a client that uses outlook on a separate machine for all email.
He never remembers to close outlook at the end of the day.
With outlook open the backup software will not back up his .pst file.
He says it is no big deal, but I know I am the one he'll call when his
system fails and he cant find his old email in the backups. [grin]

It there a way to create a scheduled task that will close outlook every
day at 6 pm or so. That'll solve my problem, and he'll not have to think.
