forbidden page

i am trying to get on www.careerkey.org, the first page
opens up fine and then when i click on continue, a page
comes up saying Forbidden You don't have permission to
access /english/ on this server. You may need to create an
index.html page or enable the directory browsing by
creating an .htaccess file containing "Options +Indexes".

Can someone please help me?

Got a firewall? Does browsing work when you disable it? If so, your
firewall is blocking Referer. Sites will use this to force you to use their
web pages and links to get to their other web pages. They can also use it
for tracking (to see where you came from) so many firewalls will disable
Referer as a privacy measure. Your firewall may allow you to define special
rules used on a specific domain; if so, try enabling Referer (sometimes
thrown into a catch-all option of "send browser info") for that domain.
