For the Pros Free/Busy Public Calendar Folder

Hi Techs
environment; 2000 exchange server / Outlook 2000 / 2002 clients

When my users schedule an appointment the free busy info IS available for
users but Free/Busy shows NO info available for the Public Calendar Folder.

I know that i can create a mail enabled user and use that as the resource
but then you have to know to look for that resource, that means retraining
users. i do not want to have to do that.

Thank You in advance for your expertise.

Public folders do not publish free/busy information. Either use mailboxes instead or upgrade everyone to Outlook 2002 or 2003 and teach them how to use the group schedule feature.
