For Service Pack 4, printer icon is disabled

Ekta

After upgrading to Win 2000 with Service Pack 4, the
printer icon for Quick reports for Delphi 4 application
became disabled.

Can any one please help me in resolving this issue !

I do not have any information regarding Delphi. You may want to contact the
application developer for information regarding this issue.
