for page wizard error message

When trying to load this wizard I get the following error message:

Unable to start the Form Page Wizard.
(file name:c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\vtiform.exe)

I've searched Microsoft.com and cannot find anything to help. Does anyone
know how to solve this problem?

Run a repair or full reinstall of FP
