Ken, where I answered your suggestion about the CD not being recognized, I
never heard back from you. Just to reiterate - after switching OS from Win
2000 to WinXP Home, a Microsoft Works CD is not recognized in either CD
drive, though other CD's work fine in those drives. The Works CD "works"
fine in 3 other computers so there doesn't seem to be a problem with the
disk. Putting it in the drive(s) and trying to access it using Windows
Explorer (My Computer) doesn't work either. It says, "Insert CD".
What's next?
Thank you for your assistance.

If you are saying that the drive works for other CDs, and that this CD works
on other computers, I'm sorry to say that that seems very odd to me and I
have no suggestions for you.
