Do you mean that you want to be able to update the information in one
location and have it automatically show up in the header and footer of
other documents? Then, decide which document is the source that you will
change, and copy the info to the clipboard. Switch to the destination
document and use Paste Special to insert the info, making sure the As a
Link option is selected. Then when you update the "master" document all
the others will be updated too.
