Footer in Word 2007

How can I make an automatic footer that shows the file location of my
document. This was easy in Word 2003. Where do I find this in 2007.

You can insert this as a field (Insert | Text | Quick Parts | Field), which
will be { FILENAME } (or { FILENAME \p } to generate the full path), or you
can download a template from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC300002951033.aspx that
provides this as a document building block.
