I have a user that customized her fonts. She does not
remember everything she changed. Now, when viewing web
pages, some of the fonts on web pages are bigger and
bolded. She is using Windows XP Pro - patched up to date.
I have changed her display settings back to Windows
Classic, Windows Standard, medium fonts. I have gone to
the Advanced item list and made sure all items reflect the
standard. Text size is medium in Internet Explorer.
Anything else I am missing?

Thanks!

Kim,

| I have a user that customized her fonts.
| She does not remember everything she changed.

Do you mean that she *altered* the font files themselves?

Did she delete or uninstal any fonts? If Internet Explorer is unable to locate a font which is specified in a web-page, then it
will use an alternate font.

Exactly what procedure(s) did she follow to make these changes?
