fonts too big in some screens

I am having a hard time with some web pages. The fonts in some screens are
the size of a baseball. I have tried every font changing option I know of and
it usually just makes others too small and the baseballs turn into golf
balls. Still too big for a normal monitor

Do you have a 'wheel' mouse? Try adjusting the font size by holding the
Ctrl key and rolling the wheel......could be some sites have been
modified????
