Fonts problem

My Windows XP got fonts problem after install Office XP latest HotFix
The fonts in Windows like that:

My Windows XP uses Chinese(Taiwan) language as orginial, after the fonts
corrupted(I thinks its corrupted), I changed to English(United States) and
the fonts works fine.
But if I change the language again, it display as my screen shot again.

I had try to uninstall Office XP, but cannot solve the problem.


Did anyone have this experience before?
Any method to solve it?
