Fonts in auto preview?

Windows 2000

A user has her e-mail show up in the bottom half of the screen (I don't know
how that is set).

On the bottom she wants the fonts to appear larger. I understand this in XP
but not in 2000.

is that the 3 line autopreview or the full preview pane?

if the preview pane and it's plain text, you can change the font in tools,
options, mail format, fonts.
