Fonts Folder won't open

Every time I try to open my Font Folder it reports an error and closes down.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Download TweakUi and use the "Repair Font Folder"

I downloaded TweakUi but got a message saying "exe.is not a valid win32
app"??
any clues?

You went to the website, scrolled down to TweakUi and then what? Did you
select "run" or "save"?

I selected run.... should I have saved??

Not necessarily.
But this time go back to the website and select "save".
Save it to your desktop.
Double click the setup.exe file and select "run".
Does it install this time?

ok. downloaded and saved. tried to run the repair for font folder, but
nothing happens.... i click repair now... and nothing.
