fonts,colour and background

If i switched on my computer,my font comes
inlarge,abnormally form and with no colour
background,eventhough i log on to the internet,big font
and no background and colour,and after ten minutes,it
would change automatically to normal,can anybody help me
out.

If it starts out one way, then changes for no apparent reason, even though
becoming "normal," this is indicative of a hardware problem. I'd suspect
some issue with the monitor but it might be the graphics card. If you have
access to one, you might try connecting a different monitor to your system
and see if it exhibits the same issue. If yes, it's not the monitor. In
either case, it sounds as though you need to have a technician look at your
system.
