fonts change when saving to media

I have Powerpoint 2003 and when I save my presentations to a floppy or burn
it to a cd it changes the font. If I save it to the local drive it keeps the
font I used. I have applied all the updates to it and it still continues to
do this. Any ideas or suggestions??? Thanks!

That doesn't seem very likely, but what *does* happen all the time is that when
you open the file on another system that doesn't have all the needed fonts,
PowerPoint substitutes its best guess at the correct font from among those
available on the machine.

Do you mean that the fonts change when you open the presentation on your
computer or when you open it on another computer?
