Fonts and Font Size Box not appearing

I recently installed PPT 2002 SP3 and now when I open a presentation my Text
Box only has 1 font in it and my Text Size Box has only 1 size in it. I
cannot change the text or the size via these boxes. I can change the font and
the size by going through the "Edit / Font" commands.
