Hi,

I use PP 2000. The font is Arial. When I type "", it often displays them
as
"" . I have to use copy and paste to correct them one by one. How can I
fix this?

Have you tried creating an autotext entry to fix it? Or perhaps there's an
autotext entry already?

Ah. You need to turn off "smart quotes" in Autocorrect. Tools/Autocorrect Options/Autoformat as you type. Uncheck "Replace straight quotes with smart quotes."
