font size when printing

when i print on my lexmark z52, the font size is to big
and i lose much info. how can i reduce the the size of
the font PERMANNTLY. thanks a lot
 
The font size is determined by your application. What application are you using? This
printer does not have internal fonts. Is your printer driver current?
