font size on incoming mail

The font size on incoming mail messages...the message text, itself...is too
small. How do I make it bigger?

If the messages are Plain Text take a look here: Tools menu > Options > Mail
Format tab > Fonts button

That changes the size only on Text messages. I think the question and maybe
we are not putting it out there correctly, is that we want the font on all
incomming mail to be bigger! Us late model baby boomers are starting to need
bigger monitors and bigger fonts. How many people actually want to sit and
read point 8 all day?

We don't want to have to scroll the mouse, or click anything. The font
should just be the size we want when the mail arrives. Is that possible? Is
there a reg hack to change that?

I think the sender determines the font size in HTML mail items. Outlook just
renders what they sent.

That's my point. I don't want the sender to determine the font size I want
to do that.
Is there a registry hack to make it the size I want? some way to force the
size?
Or force the font and the font size without having to use plain text?

I don't think you can change it since it's the way HTML mail works.

There's one thing you might want to try, though. Go to the Tools menu >
Options > Mail Format tab. Click on the Fonts button, then click the
International Fonts button. Set all types to Largest and see what happens.

Hi,

Have you got an answer to your question? I have one "baby boomer" here with
me and he struggles with a sight too...
