Font size is not correct

WinXP, IE7, MS OfficePro 2003, Small Business Server 2003

When I reply or compose a message the font shows it is composing at 10.
When I check the font size in Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts it shows 12 for
everything.

Any solutions on what I can do to make my composed/reply messages to default
to 12? I now have to change every message to 12. (that is what I prefer
anyway)

Is there a fix/solution for this?
