Font size changes

I want to keep the same font size throughout my page.
When I use paste special to insert a paragraph, the font
size changes. The same thing happens if I use the up
arrow to select a place to paste the text.

I try to avoid using Paste Special to paste text from other apps such as
Word. You never know what kind of weird HTML will be generated when you do
this and I believe it is a prime cause of formatting problems. It is much
better to paste the text into Notepad to convert it to plain text, then copy
from Notepad into FrontPage and then apply the desired formatting.

If you use Paste Special | Normal Paragraphs, you achieve the same results
as the Notepad method.
