Font size at the Explorer, (File, Edit, View, Tools) Blue Tool Bar, Start, became smaller

My font size at the Explorer, (File, Edit, View, Tools) Blue Tool Bar,
Start, etc became smaller.
Does anybody know hoe to change it to default size at Window Register?

Right-Click on the desktop, select Properties, select Settings, select
Advanced. Select 'Small Fonts' or 'Large Fonts' or 'Other', the
latter providing a variable size.
