font size 100pt in email header

I am receiving emails with sporadic portions where the font size is resized
to 100pt. It is viewable in the source code of the emails and affects Outlook
2003 and 2007. It is only on incoming emails including those that land in a
public folder. During the course of an email string, the font size may resize
back to normal or not.

In some cases users are using Word for email editor and others they are
using Outlook. Some are using HTML and others Rich Text.

Anyone seeing this or have a fix?

Yes,

I am experiencing this trouble on a windows 2000 server running terminal
services and outlook 2003. When word 2003 is chosen as the email editor, the
message received by the recipient is converted to 100pt font. If word 2003
is not used, it is fine. No luck fixing it though...
