font color changes

In My documents and explorer, for some reason my folders
font colors changed to blue, but not all folders, some
remain in black. What happened?

The Blue fonts are mostly TTF (True Type fonts) or "O"pen fonts
The Black are Vector fonts, used by specific programs
You might even have Rastor fonts left over from old programs.
