Font charset settings

Font used in AntiSpyware beta 1 displays incorrectly under differn Local
settings. I'm using default russian lacale and can't read dates in AS, thay
are displayed in western code pade.
 
Beta1 was not designed according to the relevant standards for localization
and accessibility. Beta2 will be.

Such issues are one reason why the beta is explicitly declared to be English
only.
