I have a couple Word Documents that take data from my excel
spreadsheets. Mostly small things; names, dates, menu items etc.
The word documents are in 10pt Garamond. If I try to pull a name for
example. John Smith. The "John" is in the proper font and size but the
"Smith" is in a smaller pt size and a different font (appears to be
times new roman). I'm not sure how to correct this problem. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
