Putting this thread to rest:

Top or bottom posting: I prefer top so will go with my preferences.

New printer to replace stopped up Epson C84; ordered the Canon ixp3000 from
Amazon.com and cost will be about $60 with rebate. Will also save TX sales
tax and get free shipping. Wish me luck on this decision.

Walter,
A rebate just might not apply to the item you purchased. There have been
some problems where the printer is imported from Asia and sold at a very low
rate and does not qualify for a rebate. The guarantee only covers an exact
replacement.
You might want to check it out.
