The Outlook 2000 version we had customer folders that we drag and dropped
from the server into the Groups pane where we could drag customers emails
for storage. In the 2003 version, we can not figure out how to insert the
customer folders into the Groups pane to continue this organized storage of
emails. Any help would be appreciated.

Windows file system folders? You need to add them to the Shortcut pane.
