folders invisible in explorer but in command prompt

hi,
I have XP. I recently found a folder in my comp which is visible thru
command prompt but not if I open my explorer bar, the name of the
folder was xpee.
I would like to know, if this is part of the OS` folder and also how
does this work.

Hi,

It's not an OS folder. Are you set in folder options to see hidden and
system files?
