Folders in the site

I know I'm a pain, but I seem to keep duplcating the site inside the site,
which mucks up the links, and doubles everything, so if I make the necessary
changes to a page, depending on the link, you go to the sub-folder, in other
words, I have mysite/pages, and also mysite/mysite/pages. I need to get rid
of the sub fulder. Just delete it? Thanks again.
 
Yes, you can delete, but do so from within FP.

After you have your live/remote site on, File Menu | Publish Site and enter:

c:\mywebsite
