Folders in Outlook and Web Outlook

Hello:

Here in our office, we are running the latest version of Web Outlook. One
of our users created two folders under his Inbox to save e-mails. Now, when
he goes out into the field, he does not see those folders and obviously does
not see those e-mails.

Is there a way to get these folders/e-mails appear in Web Outlook? Do
user-created folders in Outlook not transfer to Web Outlook?

Depends. If the Inbox is on the Exchange server, then yes. I just tried it
and when I created the subfolder in Outlook, it appeared in OWA. WHen I
deleted it from OWN, it vanished from Outlook.
