folders in My Documents are deleted

Help!!!
All the sub-folders in 'My Document' are deleted? at least I can fetch them
but individual files are still kept.
help! thanks!
 
I've seen this from someones system that I repaired that contained a nasty
virus. Not to alarm you, but thats what I found.

If you dont have AVsoftware installed, look for 'online virus check' on
Google, theres a couple that are there that work well.
