Folders box keeps disappearing in layout randomly

I haven't seen this one discussed yet, or maybe I missed it. On a random
basis, my layout will change making the folders list on the left turn off. I
can get it back by going to View/Layout and rechecking the box to show it. I
haven't figured out any specific action that precedes this problem. And it
is merely an annoyance at this point, as it seems to be a random occasional
event. Any ideas on why and a fix?

That does not happen for me, but I do not use the Folder List
It happens with the Views Bar though!!!

Their is a button on the Toolbar for Folder List?

I use View/Layout/Folder bar, takes up less of the screen, click on it to
choose the folder you wish to visit?
