Folders automatically change to Upper case

Front page (2002), and now that I've purchased Front Page (2003), is still changing my folder names into upper case. My server says that their unix server will not publish in upper case. How can I get Frontpage not to change folders into uppercase? I get a 'server error: Cannot rename...:destination already exists" error message from Frontpage..

What OS and version are you running
Have you checked Windows Explorer Tools Folder Options - View to see if you have allow mixed case set (believe that's a Win 98
setting)
