Why, just delete files from them or set the folders properties to system + hidden...
Well, here is the way [I found this on a website] :
Click Start > Run > Type "regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll" (without quotes) > CLick Enter
Now delete the folders and they will not be recreated.
To enable it again, just remove the "/u " from the command and apply the command
again.
