The Folder View Options are changing randomly on my
Windows XP Professional machine. Most commonly a desktop
folder will change from "Icons" to "List" or
from "Details" to "List". I do not have any folders set
for "list view" and I have not selected the "make all like
this" option. This has also happened with Windows
Explorer and My Computer. This can happen during a windows
session (First access = OK, 2nd access = Changed) or just
once on boot up. Frequency is from 3/day to 1/week.
