folder that contains safe senders list

1) In what folder does Outlook 2007 with BCM keep its Junk Email options,
such as the list of safe senders, safe receipients, blockec senders, etc. I
have recently reformated and reinstalled and those lists are empty, so I need
to pull them from my back up.

2) is there a way to control what folder that information is kept in?

I don't believe that data is kept in a file.
