Folder that appears on my desktop in Win XP pro

There is a folder that keeps appearing on my desktop with
only the epsilon key appearing above it. ~ how do I get
rid of this folder I know it has to do with an update
from windows update site. What is it for and do I need
it. It has something to do with Outlook or Outlook
express I use both for my email.

This is a copy of your OE address book. It shows now on your desktop
because of a bug in one of MS's critical updates. No work on when MS will
fix it. You may safely delete it at any time or move it to a folder where
it won't show on the desktop any more.
