Hello,

Thank you for using newsgroup!

From your post, I suspect the offline files cannot sync to the server
properly. You can click Synchronize button sync to the server before you
check the Offline Files folder. Not sure if you have reset the CSC cache.
If not, you may try it:

this feature, i don't wan't they click Synchronize button sync to the server
before, before i'm sure a lot don't do, and have problems after

2) kb 230738
i already do that before posting, so after the firt time it's good, all my
folders are here, but if y make a new folder, the problem reappear

so ..

Hello,

Does the issue only occur on this specific user account or the specific
Windows XP client? Please try to logon with other user account o test the
issue. Also please logon with the user account on the specific client to
see if the issue still occurs. It will help us verify this is a user
profiles issue or computer client issue.

Thanks & Regards,

hey
after new test, i found perhaps something interresting

I have 2 cases, my users navigate betrween 2 site and so they connect from
site 1 directly to the server and from site to by a rdp session (TSE 2003)

and so
1) if users are directly connected, no pb synchronisation is good

2) if users connect by a tse session, create the subfolder it don't work

sorry not to have given this information, fewer

Hello,

I suggest we restart the computer in Safe Mode with Network to see if the
problem also occurs in this mode. Safe Mode loads a minimally
protected-mode configuration, disabling Windows device drivers and using
the standard VGA display adapter.

1. Restart the computer.
2. Keep pressing F8 key until the Windows Startup menu appears.
3. Choose the Safe Mode with Network, and press Enter.

Note: Some third party applications and hardware devices cannot be used
during Safe Mode.

Thanks & Regards,

Ken Zhao

Hello,

To configure a share so that users can synchronize with a subfolder under
the Home$ share, grant all of the users at least Read permissions on the
Home folder. You must do so because the Offline Folder functionality checks
the user's permissions on the root share when it first establishes
synchronization.

Also please let us know if you receive any error message when trying to
synchronize the offline folder with subfolder.

Thanks & Regards,

Ken Zhao
