Folder sharing

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to setup folder sharing so that it filters
down to all folders underneath Inbox? Getting overwhelmed with users wanting
their assistants to have access to their 70 + folders in Outlook. There has
to be an easier way than to them individually.

Reason #32 why too many folders are bad.

No, but you could use the PFDavAdmin file from microsoft to do it for them.
