Folder Security

In folder options there is not a security tap showning.
How do I get that to show up?

In any case you need to be using NTFS and not FAT32 file system.
To check:
Open My Computer, right click C drive, click Properties.
What does it say by File System?

I had the same problem and I was told to go into my machine through a
domain, and then the security tab appeared. Once I logged back into the
local machine the security tabs were still there.
