Folder Redirection policy setting on a Windows XP SP2

You cannot set the Folder Redirection policy setting on a Windows XP
SP2-based computer that also uses Group Policy settings to customize Internet
Explorer

I would not trust a file gotten from someone I don't know. I would contact
Microsoft as instructed in the KB article, since all such hotfixes are free
if you truly need them and do not ask for any further technical assistance.
