In W2K, you will need to be using ntfs file system which allows you to assign user
and group permissions to files and folders. If a user does not have any ntfs
permissions either by user account or group membership, then they can not access the
folder/files. Keep in mind that the exception is any user that is a local
administrator can take ownership of any file/folder on the computer and grant
themselves permissions. --- Steve
