Folder problem using P2P

I have music in folders created in iTunes and shared on Soul Seek P2P client.
When I use Windows to explore my folders, everthing is organised.
When I browse my folders on Soul Seek, several folders (that are meant to be
subfolders) appear outside their desired location and not where they are
meant to be. I have chatted to other Soul Seek users and several of them have
the same issues
I never had this issue using Windows 2000.
Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Soul Seek is the source for the resolution.
You should contact Soul Seek.

I'll be in contact with them shortly.
Further, would the deletion of desktop.ini folders in the subfolders have
anything to do with it?
