folder permission

I have Outlook 2007 and cannot delete personal folders. I get a message that
I do not have "permission" to delete the folder. It also says the folder is
"full". The folder is empty and there is no way for me to check the
"permission".

How large is the pst-file as reported in Explorer?
Is this an ANSI or a UNICODE formatted pst-file?

I am having the exact same issue. I have compacted the pst file and run the
SCANPST.EXE file with no luck. It is showing as a ansi file. Permissions
remained grayed out.

Any Ideas?
