Folder options

I have two PC's which have different defaults for the folder display
options????

when I right click on the start button on PC #1 the sequence shown is Open,
Explore Search

PC #2 is Search Explore Open

How do I change #2 to be the same as #1 - Very frustrating trying to
navigate with #2
