Folder Options

Just rec'd mail with MPEG2 attachment. When I try to open the message comes
'File does not have a proramme association, create one in folder options.
Can someone tell me how please

1. Save the attachment to your hard disk.
2. Right-click on the attachment and select Open With...
3. If the program you use for mpeg2 files does not appear in the list,
select Choose Program...
4. Browse to the executable (.exe) of the program you use to play the
mpeg2 format and select Open.
5. Click OK to exit the Open With dialog box.
