Folder opens when Windows boots

I don't know why but every time I boot my PC the same folder opens on my
desktop. It'a not in my Start-up list of programs so I don't know why this
is happening. Can anyone advise how to stop it? Cheers.

What folder? Click on Kelly's link below, then on "S" and scroll down to...

"System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows"

Perhaps this is the problem??

It's a folder for one of my installed programs. Looks like it happened when
I installed the program.
